At Honeydew Online Store, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over the package to your local carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
